Instead of using Overclocking tools, there are some other programs to speed up performance.And they do not destroy any video card.Game boost is prety god program, and gamexl is god too.

IMO that programs   "tweeks" windows options
i used  "gamexp" and "speedxp" and  "gamexp" tweeks windows optimal to the games
