Problem loading the game MORTAL KOMBAT 4

I have a P4 2.8 Lga 775 / 512 RAM / Graphic card onboard INTEL 828656 and CREATIVE VOODOO 2 12M PCI.
WINDOWS XP PRO SP2 (FASTVOODOO2 4.0 XP GOLD EDITION)

After i install Fastvoodoo2 4.0xpge and the fix for it.
Mortal Kombat 4 give's a error on loading the game and exit.
"EXCEPTION C0000005 at address 1001F7CA"[!]
