Performance comparison using competitor products
We have compared the Gizmo! Overdrive with two rivals of exception, the Kingston DataTraveler Elite and the Corsair Flash Voyager, both from 2 gbs, to be able to get a comparison with reliable results. The comparison has been effected to peer conditions on the following machine:
Test System
Pentium 4 3,2 Ghz; Ram 1024 mb PC3200; Windows Xp Sp2; File System NTFS; USB 2.0.
These were the benchmark results.
From the data in charts we can observe as the pen drive of the Crucial overcomes the rivals in all the tests. The Gizmo! Overdrive has a march in more and if the discrepancy appears contained in writing, in reading the difference with other two pendrive is enormous and doesn't leave shade of doubt: the small splinter of the Crucial has exceptional performances.
