Le alette rimuovibili possono venir sostituite e fissate con viti, così da rendere le memorie XPG V3 più resistenti all'uso nel lungo periodo. Nella confezione della prima serie di memorie spedite sul mercato viene fornita una serie di alette supplementari di ricambio, con le quali poter personalizzare al massimo i propri moduli e quindi il sistema.
