New York, NY – August 6, 2008 – Rockstar Games, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), is proud to announce that Grand Theft Auto IV will be arriving on the PC on November 18th and 21st in North America and Europe, respectively.

Developed by series creator Rockstar North and set in Liberty City, the latest installment in the enormously successful Grand Theft Auto series features a painstakingly detailed and life-like city for players to explore; a rich, immersive narrative experience; an original soundtrack highlighting the cultural eclecticism of Liberty City; and newly expanded multiplayer just for the PC.

Rockstar Games ha annunciato il prossimo arrivo sul mercato del tanto discusso e venduto game Grand Theft Auto IV in versione per PC a partire dal 18 Novembre in Nord America e dal 21 Novembre in Europa. In accordo a Sam Houser, fondatore di Rockstar Games, "l'intero team di sviluppo ha lavorato sodo per garantire la migliore esperienza possibile con il gaming di GTA IV su PC" e che "il gioco in arrivo è bellissimo sia dal punto di vista grafico che della giocabilità".

Rockstar Games mette in rilievo che il titolo, episodio più recente della fortunata saga di Grand Theft Auto, ambientato in Liberty City, è destinato a diventate ancora più riccho di feature con l'aggiunta della modalità multiplayer, che sarà disponibile, però, soltanto per PC, il che smentisce, di fatto, questo rumor che attribuiva capacità "cross platform" a GTA IV.
