NEC Display Solutions of America ha ampliato la linea di monitor aziendali MultiSync EA con una nuova soluzione avente una diagonale di 27-inch siglata EA273WMi.

La proposta di NEC si fa notare per la dotazione di un pannello AH-IPS, che promette un'accuratezza molto spinta nella rappresentazione dell'output grafico, fabbricato con l'ausilio della tecnologia LED-backlight.

Il monitor MultiSync EA273WMi di NEC lavora con una risoluzione video pari a 1920 x 1080 e visualizza le immagini in formato 16:9; il produttore dichiara inoltre un rapporto di contrasto pari a 1000:1, una luminosità di 250cd/m2, un tempo di risposta pari a 6ms e gli angoli di visione orizzontale e verticale pari a 178°.

Il monitor MultiSync EA273WMi di NEC include anche un hub USB 2.0 a quattro porte, una coppia di altoparlanti stereo integrati da 1W (RMS) e un set di connettori di input composto da una porta D-Sub, una DVI-D, una HDMI e una DisplayPort.

Il prezzo indicato dal produttore per questa device è pari a $449.

NEC Display Solutions of America, a leading provider of commercial LCD display and projector solutions, announced today the 27-inch EA273WMi display as the newest member of its MultiSync EA Series for enterprise users.

Built upon a high-end IPS LCD panel, which delivers exceptional screen performance, the EA273WMi display is mercury-free and more energy efficient due to its LED backlighting technology. The results are reduced power consumption, a light-weight chassis and more desktop space.

Its integrated touch-sensitive controls enable simple display adjustments through the On Screen Display (OSD). Its smart sensing technology includes ambient light and human sensors to automatically detect work conditions and determine the proper display brightness. The advanced ControlSync lets users control up to six MultiSync EA Series displays and adjusts up to 26 settings of each monitor simultaneously via the master monitor. This is most beneficial for multi-monitor setups.

The MultiSync EA273WMi includes the following features:

The MultiSync EA273WMi ships with a 3-year limited parts and labor warranty, and will be available in September 2013 at an estimated street price of $449.
