Con il comunicato stampa di seguito allegato, Acer ha ufficializzato la presentazione, fissata per il prossimo mese di Marzo, di un nuovo smartphone legato al logo e al marchio della scuderia italiana Ferrari.
Acer ha anche confermato il recente accordo con l'azienda di Maranello, il quale regalerà agli appassionati una nuova partnership commerciale che avrà luogo nel periodo che va dal 2010 al 2012 e che segue quella già in atto negli ultimi sette anni.
Non sono moltissimi, per ovvie ragioni, i dettagli forniti sullo smartphone; il produttore, tuttavia, fa sapere che la device si farà notare il design accattivante mentre il sistema operativo preconfigurato sarà Android 2.1 di Google.
2010 - 02 - 15 - Teamwork, endless development of new technologies and a passion for competition: Acer and Scuderia Ferrari share a common history, one bound to last and which brought the two brands together 7 years ago. The first smartphone created in collaboration with Ferrari will be presented to the world in March 2010.
Acer confirms its sponsorship and licence agreement with the Maranello team for the next 3 years (2010-2012), enriching the co-branded range with its smartphone and continuing a bond that ties the two brands, underlining their excellence in innovation.
