Con il comunicato stampa di seguito allegato, MSI ha annunciato la linea di prodotti audio gaming oriented siglata Syren che è in grado si assicurare, in accordo al maker, un "suono da sogno". Al momento Syren include i seguenti prodotti: SyrenSound X-Fi, SyrenPhone Gaming e SyrenSpeaker mini.

SyrenSound X-Fi come si intuisce agevolmente dalla denominazione è una scheda audio high-end basata sul processore X-Fi CA0110 di Creative e dotata di uno slot per la connessione con il bus PCI Express. Tra le tecnologie supportate MSI segnala X-Fi Xtreme Fidelity e EAX Advanced HD 4.0.

Con la SyrenPhone Gaming MSI ha battezzato delle cuffie con ingresso USB e connettore placcato in oro, ottimizzate per la qualità del suono e per la riduzione del rumore.

SyrenSpeaker mini è invece un kit di altoparlanti stereo dalle dimensioni compatte, che integra un amplificatore in classe D e punta ad assicurare una sonorità particolarmente limpida.
