According to a recent post published on Paragon's official blog, Epic Games has officially announced that the Free Open Beta of its highly appreciated MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) game is set to start on August 16th.

Epic Games, that's both game developer and publisher, also has clarified that from this date playing Paragon will be totally free for all. But, of course, meanwhile the tree Founder's Packs as well as the Essentials Edition give you an awesome deal on stuff in the game and Early Access.

About that, in same post Epic Games has stated its developers are working on wide range of improvements able to boost the gaming experience of all the people currently playing in Early Access.

For example, Epic Games has planned to introduce new heroes every three weeks starting from Khaimera, a fighter specialized to isolate targets and able to disrupt team fights with close-up encounters.

Khaimera is always equipped with dual axes and it's free (as all other Paragon heroes). Lastly Khaimera will be added to Paragon in Early Access with the update scheduled of June 21th.
