- Changes:
  • Enhanced confirmation dialog and more detailed log entries on deleting of root directories

  • The priority of the delivered mail will be set to high on errors during backup
  • VSS output: with localization for screen messages, no localization for VSS log
  • Enhanced identification of removable drives
  • Default compression for new task changed to zip
  • New option for ext. programs after backup: no start if no files were copied
  • The commandline option "/ini:.." can also specify a path instead of a file. The ini and cfg file then will be stored under this path as Persbackup.ini and Persbackup.cfg.

  • Searching for errors in verbose log
  • Display of elapsed time (>= 24 hours) in log
  • Name of log file with placeholders in PbStarter
  • Possible exception in VssUtils for DisplayNameForVolume disabled
  • Writing of the "VSS Backup Components Document"
  • Selecting of options for junctions
