EA recently posted some new in-game official screenshots of next generation Crysis Warhead first-person shooter. This title has at moment a PC version only, being scheduled this fall. The publisher, however, didn't unveil a final launch date, until now.
Crysis Warhead is based on DirectX 10 graphics engine named CryENGINE 2. This's a improved and optimised version of CryENGINE: this one is the technology used for 3D rendering of original Crysis. It's important to underline that Crysis Warhead isn't the second episode of Crisys series because it's a different game, including, for example, a new multiplayer mode and so on.
