to you. We recommend playing through the training missions before entering the game. Uprising is a first person action / strategy game, but there's a lot more to it than just shooting stuff with your Wraith. This is only a demo, which means that the campaign game, the multi-player option, and many weapons are disabled. * You need Direct X 5.0 to play Uprising. Our web site has a link to Microsoft's site, where you can pull it down if necessary. If you have any problems with your mouse not responding, it's probably Direct X related. * You need 3DFX Glide 2.4 or newer for this demo to function properly. If you do not have it installed already, check with your card manufacturer or the 3DFX web site, www.3dfx.com. * Please visit our website, www.3DO.com/uprising * Our target platform is a P133 with 32 megs of RAM. OVERVIEW: 1. Your Wraith tank is a mobile command center on the battlefield. 2. Use allied units such as infantry, tanks, AAV gunships, and bombers to destroy the enemy. 3. To create units, establish Citadel bases on command bunkers throughout a map. 4. Build factories at Citadels to produce unit types, or mine for power resources. 5. Build as many Citadels and factories as possible. Stop the enemy from doing the same! |
