Hyperblade Voodoo2 Fix

HyperBlade owners who have purchased the Voodoo2 card from 3Dfx have reported that
HyperBlade does not work with this card. The symptom is that the screen goes black and nothing
happens. This is caused by a bug in the triple buffering code. The HB3DFxV2 patch will turn off
triple buffering on the 3DFx Voodoo2 card and then re-enable it when the game exits. Note that
this fix is ONLY for use with the 3DFx Voodoo2 card and will not make any difference on any other
card.
You just need to place HB3DFxV2.exe in the HyperBlade main directory (wherever Hyperx.exe
is) and run this new exe. The patch will start up HyperBlade directly and will not ask you what
kind of 3D accelerator that you have installed.
NOTE THAT THIS MEANS THAT YOU SHOULD NO LONGER RUN THE GAME FROM THE AUTOPLAY
SCREEN THAT COMES UP WHEN YOU INSERT THE CD. THE PATCH FILE ONLY WORKS WHEN RUN
DIRECTLY.
