Problem with voodoo3 3000 and RTCW

First, sorry for my english.
I had install XP drivers for my voodoo3. But I install RTCW and it don't  run with this driver.
Then i install AmigaSport 3.0 but now RTCW run, but the screen is totaly white, the sound is ok, with a little grey things (the menu i think).

Finaly i install mesafx_0.51, but now the RTCW don't run, it show the et console with the mensage "Q_strncpyz: NULL src".
