sdram memory? isn't it a daytona card?
where did you found that jewel?
my PC:

AMD Athlon64 3200+ - ASUS K8V-Deluxe - 1GB DDR400 - 3DFX Voodoo 5 5500 PCI

no, its dated 4299, very early for a Voodoo 4... so it cannot be a VSA101
and SDRAM was just usual on a Voodoo 4 4500, but with 6ns and not with 5,5ns like mine...

card purchased at ebay.

i read about 4800 daytona cards with ddr memory, so i was surprised founding one with sdram; but it's normal for vsa100
any bench?

gary also has a voodoo 4 with 64MB, its also called 4800... and there is also a 4800 with a daytona chip, but complete different layout and DDR RAM! (this one: http://www.voodoo3dfx.com/Fotos/Prototipos/Pagina%20Prototipos%20400x/voodoo4%204800%20ddr.jpg)

you want benchmarks, here is 3dmark 2001 (1024x768 16bit): http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=8930114

:D :D :D :D
2670 Points in 3DMark is not bad at all, and with a 1700MHz Duron.
With my v5 5500 i get almost 2500 points, with a xp2000, same frequency....
Follow your dreams !

TM30

but its only 16Bit! and its no duron, its an Athlon XP-M 2600+ @1666Mhz...

m14radu

and on 32 bit? in comparasion with a 32Mb version....how much points you gain with the aditional 32 Mb?
Follow your dreams !

it is a Voodoo4-2 4200 with TV-Out...Voodoo4-2 4800 was only a marketing name AFAIK...

Very nice card!!! that was a diamond :)

Why do your Q3 timedemo 1 framerate is very low?! I got 80-90fps whit my V4
AMD Athlon64 3200+@4200+, MSI K8N Neo4-F, 1gb Supertalent 480mhz, VooDoo 5 5500 Mac@PC

maybe because i did have to run it at AGP 1x... and thus i run the 4500 also at AGP 1X for better comparison!

Shame that 3dfx ditched the TV-out support on Voodoo5. For a long time it was a very sore point with me.
