CoD and Voodoo 2 SLI + MesaFx + OglX !!

it can be used to gain some speed.you can use the doom3 voodoo2 patch on a v5 as well.it will be faster than mesafx_d3,but uglier.the main reason for oglx to exist is to fake texture compression,not to force it..

47 i might seem a little piky but u can use doom3 v2 patch 1.0 in line with the v5? how do i do it? and i know u said its comming out soon (oglx) but how soon it just looks so promissing i can t wait.

you can use the doom3 v2 patch with a voodoo5 the same way you would use it for voodoo2.it will be ugly,but fast..

havent heard anything from Doom for quite some time .the bete0.4 release should exist though,but I dont thing we'll be able to get our hands on it..I would try to wait for some new release of SAGE,seems like that baby will finally bring texture compression for voodoo3..
