Its possible run Doom 3 on Voodoo 2 with MesaFX ?

when i try it
d3 say:

with WickedGl 3.02 a can run it , but with graphics bugs

are you trying it with just 1 Voodoo2?
maybe get a second one and SLI it, for more power
also, i've seen it run on Voodoo2's, i'm guessing that is what your talking about with graphics bugs
the whole screen looked orange and it couldn't do the shader stuff
