why does 3d anylize not work on xp

i install the program and when i hit 3danylize.exe it comes up and says send error report what am i doing wrong some one needs to explain how to make this work in full detail i have been at this for three weeks and i have never had this much freaking trouble out of any program is thre something else i need or what i have hp pavilion xt983 with xp pro sp2 149 gb hard drive i am not for sure about the ram and all that other stuff
