I solved my problem

Hy I was having slowdowns with several things copieng files  when playing 3Dmark and Medal of honor and other new games.

Because the problem minimized when I put my memory from 100mhz to 133mhz. And because I had the problem with my old computer to especially in 3Dmark99 (I put the 133mhz 128mb memory from my old to my new) it had to be the memory because that was the only thing that made sense. Well thanks people who tried to help.
