Need help with 3D-Analyze

I have tried to play Tomb Raider :Underworld Demo  via  3D-Analyze with some customises setting but there is always message shown up : "failed to initial Direct3D with current setting".I also have updated to directx 10
and either video driver card, with the latest one. the problem still persist. Pc specs as follows:
- Intel dual CPU E2180 2Ghz
- Ram 2 GB
- OS : XP SP-2
- Chipset : Intel G31/33 series with 256 shared (gma 3100)
- Hardisk : 80+80 SATA
- DVD RW dual
Question : is there anyway, somehow to play  Tomb Raider :Underworld Demo with my PC specs above, or any suggestion will wellcome.Btw, I use the latest release of 3d analyze. others suggest to have Swiftshader, and the problem still the same. thank you, sorry for my bad English.peace ...........
