again with microsoft driver it is ok but cant use the tv out

is there a way that i can use microsoft driver and can use tv out somehow[?].

i tryed to reinstall amigasport again but no use and amgamerilin 2.5 allso too same thing[}:)]

thank you for your replay .
i tryed to do as it sayed at the link but i dont have a change option on the monitor driver option.so i used update driver tab and i done as it sayed.so now inthe monitor tab  in monitor type i have generic television and insted plug and play monitor i appears mag 770v.
i hope i did it rigth if so it steel didnt solved my problem[xx(]

i have a problem and i need your help

recently i begin to play with games in emulatores and most of them dont work because
when i installing a 3rd part driver for my voodoo 3 3000 refresh frequency fixated 60mhz
and the screen area fixated to 600x800 without any option to change it at all.i tryed to use different drivers like amgamerlin 2.5se amigasport 3 and the problem repeat it self every time.the screen is shutting down and a message appears frequency out of range.it dosent happen with microsoft driver but thet i cant use the tv out option. i will appreciate your assistance.

thank you for your respond I succsed to fix the problem (it was he cable)but now i have another problem when i marking in the 3dfx tool enable tv out the picture goes to the tv and coming back after 15 sec and im seeing the picture not on the whole screen of the tv
p.s. yes i have s video on both connections

I have p3 733 mhz 128 sdr win 2k pro voodoo 3 3000
Amigamerlin v 2.5.se and driver 1.03.00 and dx9 and my
Problem is that i connected the voodoo with s video to the TV
And i can't see any picture all i see is a blur black and white
I tried to change all the pal systems but without any success
What i doing wrong  thank you for any help
