i have V3 3500 AGP with tv tuner input and port which looks similar to DVI but is larger

i dont have the extension cable that should come with it and dont know what ports does the extension cable provide

is there any way to feed composite video (yellow rca) into it ?

(like connecting it to some pin in the port or to a point in the card itself etc)
