how do i get it to run with eq2 i try and it says error cant copy froced.dll to the folder?

Ok, my EQ2 game says i need at least 4 texture units or something to run it, i dl this tool but how do i run it!
When i select eq2.exe and hit run (error, cant copy forced.dll to c:/programfiles/sony/eq2 and so on why?

Please help me i want to play :(
