These few days I've been searching for 3rd party drivers and tools and came across the improved open source 3Dfx Glide 2.x and 3.x, OpenGL drivers and V.Control utility from KoolSmoky. Looks pretty good and definitely worth an upgrade.
However, I wonder if installing them on top of the 3Dfx NT4 reference driver will cause any problem. Am I supposed to use other 3rd party driver instead since on the Win32 driver web page, KoolSmoky mentioned about using "x3dfx, amigamerlin, and 3dhq driver packs."
