The Coax connector next to the DVI connector is for the CATV input. The other Coax connector is for FM Radio Antenna input.

1.5 things to try...
1st: Try changing your Primary Video in the BIOS to PCI and see if it boots up.
2nd: Well actually the .5 part: Be sure to give it time to boot up. the first time I installed it it took almost 2 minutes for Windows XP to sort through its settings and finally decide to boot up. Remember... Patience is a virtue!
