I can install the program it self( V.Control 1.81 beta), but when i change the core/mem speed nothing happens

I can't overclock my v3 card. I tried every program from https://www.3dfxzone.it/dir/3dfx/voodoo3/tweak.htm
but some dont work, and some i can run, but there is no OC heppening.
I "OC" (with programs that i can run)so much that there should be atrtifects, but nothing.
help please
