So voodootv is pci and the card can capture, but is it have a tv-out?

I've a problem when I try to play Painkiller demo. My PC is:
MOBO - DFI AD75 (kt333), AGP 3,3v
Ram - PC2700 noname 512mb
CPU - Barton 2500+@1900+ (fsb problem)
HDD - Maxtor 80gb/2mb cache
Video - Voodoo 5 5500 AGP
Sound - Sound Blaster Live! Value
Drivers:
Amigamerlin 3.0 XP, Via Hyperion v453, last livedrv
OS:
Windows XP, SP1, DX9b,
Game give error mesage - Could not initialize DirectX 9 renderer.
T'n'L patch doesnt work...I mean starti' painkiller_3dfx.exe(puted in Bin)has no efect.
