AMD Video Cards / 3d analyze and Legacy of kain - defiance

Hey I just bought Legacy of Kain: Defiance and it needs TnL I've got a TnT2 video card and the 3d analyze runs the game but realy slow and I mean slow as a machine with windows 95 trying to play Max Payne, if any one can tell me how to solve this problem I will be gratefull the freaking game cost me around $40 bucks.
