Hey.. i need some help.

I'm trying to run HipHop Ejay 5, this is whats listed as system requirements:

Windows® 98, ME, 2000, XP
Pentium ® III, 450 MHz or higher
256 MB RAM
Minimum installation 650MB free hard disk space required, 1200 MB for full installation
4 x CD-ROM drive
4MB openGL 1.1 compatible graphics adapter (ensure that the latest graphics card drivers are installed)
DirectX® compatible VGA graphics card (16bit colour depth, 800 x 600)
DirectX® compatible sound card (16 bit)
DirectX® 8.0 (included on CD)
Internet Explorer® 4.0 (for Online Sound Archive)
Windows ® Media Player 6.4 (for Video Playback)

i have installed FastVoodoo2 4.0 XP Gold Edition, and the demos work great. my system meets all other requirements, but Hip Hop Ejay5 still isn't working properly. the program lags like crazy, and the graphics move in slow motion, and it eats up all my cpu. I'm wondering if it's the openGL part that is my issue? Also, in the folder FastVoodoo2_4.0_XP_Gold_Edition\Tools\OpenGL\CreativeGL is the file OpenGL32.dll, is there a way to install this or has it been installed already? how do i know? i know this site seems more based on pc gaming, but any help regarding this would help. sorry i dont know much about video cards, so easy on me =)
