Title: Choppy Video

Hi, I'm using the 3dfx drivers for my voodoo 3 3500 tv, and when i try to use visual reality or PVCR to watch TV either from the tuner or the composites, it's all choppy.  If anybody could offer any help, it would greatly be appreiciated.

I'm using winME and the drivers are 4.12.01.1222
