I have the intel(r) 82852/82855 gm/gme graphics controller and am having trouble starting true crime: streets of LA. It says I do not have a proper 3d hardware accelerator. What can I do?

try 3DAnalyza and select "Emulate T&L caps"
i can run this game on my Voodoo 4 system
