Dug this out of an old computer.  It's a mac version Voodoo 5500 dual graphics card, with VGA and DVI...made for PCI.

I have not tested it, as I got rid of the mac it came in a long time ago.   Make me an offer, and if it doesn't work out, I'll send you a refund when I get the card back.

Item is labelled as model number: "v555364-MAC"
