I'm running Windows XP Pro, no service packs. Whenever I run have my output set to TV Out and run Windows Media Player, the movie shows fine. However, when I fullscreen it, the movie has these disjointed vertical white lines showing. Very subtle but you know it's there. When I play MPEG files, this doesn't show up. Could this be attributed to the DivX codec in any way?

Oh yeah, I downloaded and installed 5.00.2195.0232, the full version. The TV Out is set at NTSC.

Did you try an other player ?
