I have a Win XP, and FastVoodoo4.0_XP , and Single VOODOO 2 (Diamond 12MB) , and This one is DO NOT WANNA RUN !!

WTF !!! (Maybe the card is broken? i pay 1 DOLLAR for it ! :(

About your question, the posted error could be due to Voodoo2 hardware failure [:I]. However, I ask to fully uninstall any Voodoo2 driver. Then please reboot and run the setup of FastVoodoo2 4.0 XP Gold Edition Driver (--> https://www.3dfxzone.it/dir/news/3dfx/fv2_4.0_xp_ge/).

The situation is a STILL SAME, the V2 is NOT WORK !!
