Title: voodoo 5500 runing in ubuntu Glide and 1024 by 768 resolution

i gut this to run in 8.10 how to go to Synaptic Package Manager and install  X.Org X server -- Voodoo display driver, X.Org X server -- tdfx display driver,graphics library for 3Dfx Voodoo based cards - shared librarie,graphics library for 3Dfx Voodoo based cards - support programs (thas for glide) and Linux 2.2+ device driver source for 3Dfx boards

and you log out then back in to get the higher resolutions
