Title: Why the mesafx not support for Counter-strike

I copy the gilde3.dll and opengl32.dll to the correct directory. but when i paly the game with opengl support it jumps out a dialog says the opengl not support.now i must use wickedgl to paly the game.[V]

it supports it... I use it all the time it's great.

BTW. which card are u using for this? and did u remember to put the glide3x.dll in the winnt/system32 folder (window/system folder for windows XP and windows/system32 folder for 98)

Also in counter strike you have to make a folder called gldrv in the main directory to use it.

If I choose 3Dfx Mini Driver,the game will not go on. I only can choose the default opengl to continue the game.

you don't need to change it to 3dFX mini Driver.

All you need to do after installing MesaFX properly is put the opengl32.dll into the GLDRV and it should work fine.
