Any driver for Voodoo3 can support DirectX9?

I try Amigamerlin3.0, it don't work with Dx8 & Dx9.

Umm, Amigamerlin 3.0 is for VSA series cards only, i.e. Voodoo 4 and Voodoo 5.
You would need to download and install the Amigasport drivers.

I am guessing he was running the DirectX diagnostic and the drivers weren't passing the DirectX 8 and 9 tests.
