EXTREME ASSAULT version 1.2.3

Extreme Assault now runs with 3D
graphic cards which use the Voodoo 2
chipset!
Installing the update
PLEASE NOTE!
In order to install this update, it
is necessary that you have EXTREME
ASSAULT version 1.2.2 installed on
your computer. If you happen to have
an older version (you can find the
version number in the lower lefthand
corner of the title screen), you can
download the necessary updates under
http://www.bluebyte.com
You can also get the update direct
from Blue Byte. Our address is given
below.
Copy the file XA_A123.EXE into the
directory where you installed EXTREME
ASSAULT.
Start the update installation by
entering XA_A123 at the prompt and
confirming with the return key.
The patch program will ask you at the
beginning where the original program
is located. Simply press the return
key.
The game will then be updated to
version 1.2.3 (this version number
will only appear if you run
XA_3DFX.EXE to start the game)
