The official announcement of the upcoming first-person shooter Battlefield 4 is near to us and so the game publisher
EA remember us this event posting the following teaser image of BF4.
From a point of view of both the color scheme and the graphics, this image is very similar to the one used as a cover for the
various editions of the previous Battlefield 3, and so this could mean that Battlefield 4, the next entry of the Battlefield
Series, continues the story of Battlefield 3.

Furthemore, the first official picture of Battlefield 4 includes a soldier and three armored vehicles running in the rain: so
we can not see the geographical location, or the city, where they move. However, the theme of this image seems to support
some rumors according to which the game may be temporarily placed in the present day.
Certainly Battlefield 4 shares the developers with Battlefield 3: in fact the software house DICE is working on the next BF
title using the proprietary Frostbite 3 engine. The upcoming first-person shooter will be available in multiple editions for
the current and next generation consoles - Xbox 720, Xbox 360 Playstation 4 and Playstation 3 - as well as for the PC based
platform.
A first beta version of Battlefield 4 will be released this fall: according to EA, anyone who have pre-ordered Medal of Honor
Warfighter will have guaranteed access to the build. Without critical issues found by the tester, the game could hit the on
line stores in the same season.
EA will announce Battlefield 4 with a press event scheduled for March 26th 2013 in the San Francisco (U.S.).
