[SUPPORTED HARDWARE]
This driver set is for the VSA chip based Voodoo4/5. 
The Glide driver alone will work for Voodoo Banshee, 
Velocity 100/200, and Voodoo3.

[NOTES]
The windows display and miniport driver are newly 
built binaries by the 3dfxzone driver team. The 
display driver still uses DX7 core. However a good 
deal of bug fixes and additions have been made and 
they should work well for both win2k and winxp.

To list a few of the changes;

The strange banding effect when exiting to desktop 
from UT2003 has been fixed. The fix should work for
any D3D app that supplies a gamma modifier.

Gamma control for video overlay has been added. Adjust-
ments can be made from 3dfx tools.

Fixed so that the original 3dfx Glide driver will work
with out any hacks for winxp.

Added support for Voodoo5 6000. All 4 VSA chips will 
be used running in 4way SLI, 2x,4x,8xFSAA modes. If 
you have model number 210-0391-001-A or A3 and have 
stability issues, you should apply Hank Semenec's V56k 
hardware mod. Get the recipie at the 3dfxzone forums.

Importante: bsogna avere installato l'ultimo 
service pack e le directx.

Important: You must have the latest service 
pack and the redistributable version of directx 
runtime installed. Get them from Microsoft.

Eseguire Regedit e trovare 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\

rimuovare la cartellina "3dfxvs"

Riavviare

Lanciare "driver setup" e riavviare

Lanciare "isetup" per installare i Tool

Run regedit and find
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\

Delete "3dfxvs" key

Reboot

Execute "Driver setup.exe" then restart

Execute "isetup.exe" to install complete install 
the tools then restart

MANUAL INSTALLATION - recommended
**********************************
Install the drivers "manually" from the device 
manager or display properties and REBOOT.

Install 3dfx tools and ignore the errors and Reboot.
open 3dfx tools setup program again and repair!
