I have
64 mb RAM
GeForce2 MX/MX400
P4 1.6Ghz
Can i run SILENT HILL 3 on my PC , i installed ,the game don't run and it say

you should emulate pixel shader caps and skip pixel shader 1.1
look at the guide in my sig
