Title: Installing Amigamerlin 3.0Xpdrivers

I am new to this and just downloaded the 3.0 XP drivers for WinXP for 3DFX 5 5500 card. I downloaded to my computer setup.exe but I can't find the file isetup.exe which is supposed to be in the Amergamerlin driver directory. Where is that?
Another question. Is this the best driver to install or should I go with Amigamerlin 3.1+Mesafx.
Any help would be appreciated.
