First Step
Remove any previous 3dfx driver by Windows XP/2000 Control Panel and then reboot your system.
Second Step
Execute regedit.exe tool located in your Windows directory: now delete registry key named 3dfxvs and located at this path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
See following image to have a snapshot of Windows registry key that you must use to modify default OS configuration. After key deleting you reboot system again. Please note this step is for Windows XP users only.
Third Step
Run
Driver setup.exe file located in Amigamerlin 3.0 XP unzipped folder and then
system.
Fourth and Last Step
Run isetup.exe file located in Amigamerlin 3.0 XP unzipped folder and then
reboot system. Now you could take care of driver setup and best settings reading this
tutorial.
